Service effectiveness guarantee
We guarantee that after only three hours of lessons with us, there will be a significant improvement in the student's results in the course corresponding to the requested service. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for these three hours of service.
Of course, this policy does not apply if the requested service is preparation for an entrance exam or standardized test, as it would be impossible to see improvement when there is only one test or the frequency of assessments is so scattered.
Modalities:
In order for this policy to be applied, please send us an official overview of the student's report card in the applicable department BEFORE the start of the first class. We want to see the weighting and results of the assignments, and the dates of upcoming assessments. Subsequently, after the three hours of class, if a result lower than that of the most recent assignment has occurred, please send us official proof. (Result displayed in the portal or photo of a copy signed by the teacher) If the result obtained on the next assignment or assessment immediately after the three hours of service is lower than that of the most recent assignment or assessment before the start of classes, you will be fully refunded for those three hours of service. Otherwise, it is considered an improvement and we have fulfilled our guarantee. Once the guarantee has been fulfilled, our services switch to a regular voluntary “à la carte” system.
If, after the third hour, you decide to take additional lessons, regardless of the number, and the result obtained in the work or assessment immediately following the first three hours of service is lower than that of the most recent work or assessment before starting the lessons, you will be refunded only for those first three hours of service.
For group courses, the same conditions apply with the slight adjustment that reimbursement will be assessed and awarded individually, participant by participant.
