Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Plein Potentiel Tutorat, we strive to provide a professional, respectful, and fair service for both students and tutors. To ensure that sessions run smoothly, the following policy applies to all clients.
1. Late Arrivals
Student or Client Late Arrival
A delay of less than 15 minutes will not result in the cancellation of the session. However, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
After 15 minutes without notice, the tutor may consider the session a no-show.
No refund or makeup time will be provided for time lost due to the client’s lateness.
Tutor Late Arrival
If the tutor is late, the lost time will be added to the session or credited to the client.
In the event of significant or repeated lateness on the tutor’s part, Plein Potentiel Tutorat may offer a partial refund or credit.
2. Session Cancellation
Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance allows for either:

a free rescheduling of the session; or
-
a full refund, if the session has already been paid for.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
Any cancellation made less than 3 hours before the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.
Cancellation by the Tutor
If a tutor must cancel a session, the client may choose between:

rescheduling the session;
-
receiving a credit; or
-
receiving a full refund.
3. No-Shows
A missed session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
After two unexcused absences, Plein Potentiel Tutorat reserves the right to suspend future bookings until the situation has been clarified.
4. Refunds
Individual Sessions
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already been completed.
Packages or Session Bundles
Packages are refundable only for unused sessions.
If a package discount was applied, completed sessions will be recalculated at the regular rate before the refund is issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Plein Potentiel Tutorat understands that unforeseen situations may occur (illness, family emergency, major technical issue, etc.). In such cases, reasonable accommodations may be offered at the discretion of the administration.
6. Online Sessions
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable Internet connection and a suitable learning environment.
Technical issues on the client’s side do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If technical issues occur on the tutor’s side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
7. Acceptance of the Policy
By booking a session with Plein Potentiel Tutorat, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
