Q: Do you offer a free trial? We offer better than that! We guarantee that after three hours of sessions, you will either see an improvement or receive a full refund for the cost of the sessions. See our refund policy and guarantee at the bottom right of the page for details.
Q: I'm not sure which service I want and which options to choose. What should I do? Just get in touch with us! At the bottom of this page, you'll find contact details for all our platforms! We'll be happy to get in touch with you to help you reach your peak potential!
Q: What format does tutoring take? We adapt to your needs! We offer online tutoring, in-person tutoring at our libraries in Montreal, or at a location of your choice. Details can be found when you select “learn more” about a service!
Q: How long are the sessions? Once again, we tailor our services to your needs! You can choose the duration when you book a class. We offer sessions lasting up to 3 hours (longer sessions are recommended for in-person group sessions).
Q: What payment methods are accepted? For online courses, we accept payments by credit card (via our secure electronic system) or INTERAC transfer. For in-person courses, we accept credit cards, INTERAC transfers, and cash payments.
Q: Are there any additional fees for anything? The only “additional” fees are those for late cancellation of classes without valid justification, tardiness, or absence from class.
Q: What ages and levels do you offer services for? We offer quality tutoring for students from elementary school age through CEGEP!
Q: What is your cancellation/rescheduling/late policy? Please let us know if you wish to cancel/reschedule a class at least 24 hours in advance. Fees apply for late arrivals and unexcused absences. Details are in the appointment policy, available when you book a service. N.B. To show our reciprocity, if we are at fault, you will be compensated equally.
