Elementary school courses, in person, one-on-one

Service Description
We are pleased to offer all elementary school courses (with the exception of physical education and all arts courses) aligned with the Quebec Education Program (PFEQ) and the Progression of Learning (PDA) of the Quebec Ministry of Education (MEQ) and equivalently aligned with the Ontario Curriculum (OC) of the Ontario Ministry of Education (MOE). Whether it's French, math, or even science that's causing problems, we can definitely help you! IMPORTANT: Choose the duration from the options offered based on availability and your needs! Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please give us at least 10 hours' notice. Otherwise, a fixed fee of $10 will apply, but you will be refunded for the service you chose. Of course, in cases of force majeure, no cancellation fee will apply. Simply notify us of the situation and we will trust in your honesty. Please do not abuse this policy. For our part, if we cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, we will give you $15 in addition to refunding the full cost of the service you selected. Of course, in cases of force majeure, we will also waive this fee. We are committed to being as transparent as possible with you. Regarding delays, if a party is between 6 and 14 minutes late, a $10 fee will apply and the class will continue until the scheduled time. If a party is 15 minutes late or more, the service will be canceled and the party at fault will be charged the amount corresponding to one hour of service. Delays of 5 minutes or less are tolerated. Of course, in cases of force majeure, the party at fault will be spared. We rely on the principle of mutual integrity to maintain fair business practices between you and us. For small group classes, as long as one member of each party is present, no additional fees will apply with regard to attendance and tardiness. For tardiness, the same penalty will apply, but will be refunded/billed equally among the members of the party. By making an appointment with us, you agree to act in good faith and with respect in all interactions. You agree to accept the following terms and conditions: If you choose to pay by INTERAC transfer (select the “pay in person” option), please send the exact amount to pleinpotentieltutorat@gmail.com NO LATER than 24 hours after the class. If you decide to pay in cash (valid only for in-person classes), payment will be made between the beginning and end of the session.
